This is a shout out to our latest client, New Horizon Development Group––a local real estate
developer with a progressive vision. We’re pumped to dive into some exciting new projects with
them so we’re going to share with you a short story about who they are and what they do.
Born in Hamilton, New Horizon is a trusted leader in sustainable urban planning. What exactly
does that mean? It means they use ethical business strategies to create new places for people
to live and businesses to operate with a broad view of how those spaces will integrate into and
impact the larger community. This takes incredible foresight, responsibility, and visualization. It
was one of the primary reasons we wanted to work with them––and there are many.
Since 1993, New Horizon has been developing everything from single dwelling estates for
families to entire neighbourhoods using local contractors and superior construction that enriches
communities and supports their clients’ needs for comfort, style, and functionality. You might
recognize some of their current achievements: Focus Towns, Sapphire, and Bridgewater
Residences. Each development is unique, planned with creativity and scrutiny, and executed
with high quality craftsmanship and engineering.
But New Horizon is going next level in real estate planning. They’re designing their future
developments with exceptional taste and insight and meticulous attention to merging each one
seamlessly into its existing community.
So, where does Render Developments come in?
We have the privilege of working with New Horizon and learning about four of their upcoming
projects: Trend Living , Peachy Towns , Utopia Condominiums , and Essence Towns . Each unique
development is designed within a mindset of affordability, practical luxury, synergistic
integration, and a self-imposed ethical commitment to increasing the well-being of its
neighbourhood.
We strive to enhance New Horizon’s talented foresight and expand their visualization efforts
using creative and original strategies. How do we do this? As a team of CRE and business
marketing experts, we’ve developed a sophisticated method of 3D Animation Renderings of
Real Estate to showcase their proposed project to key stakeholders.
Using realistic, visually-stunning customized 3D renderings and real drone footage, we’re going
to tell a story about New Horizon’s upcoming ventures that will give stakeholders an opportunity
to not only see but experience how each development will look, its anticipated impact on the
community, and the full scope of each project. The best part about it? This drone video pitch is
just one minute long. Behold the impact of experiencing an entire real estate development
proposal, from inception to maturity, in just one minute. You might not believe it––until you see
it.
This level of sophistication is in its infancy in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate
industry and Render Developments is one of the first to deliver it. One of the main reasons we
got started was to help prevent the misrepresentation of proposed developments that occurs
when a project is not properly realized. It’s more than just a marketing strategy, it’s also a
development tool. Using sophisticated drone technology, we can capture the entire scope of a
project, from the minutiae of the plumbing infrastructure in a single town dwelling to the broad
layout of the community so stakeholders see exactly who and what is impacted and how.
With the technology we have today, there’s no reason why Residential and CRE developers
should have to rely on the mind’s eye to visualize what a development will look like before it’s
constructed or try to anticipate its integration into the wider community. There’s no reason we
should have to imagine anything at all when we can see it as if it already existed. Surprisingly, in
Residential and CRE marketing, archaic methods are still being used. Shiny images depicting
an artist’s rendition of a proposed neighbourhood, even 3D miniature villages held together by
toothpicks and glue. With the inception of real estate drone video, those methods have very little
impact now. Compare reading about an upcoming film to watching the trailer––what is going to
sell you on buying a ticket to experience the whole show?
Hats off to New Horizon for embarking on this exciting new venture––we’re honoured to help
bring colour, light, sound, action, and dramatic effect to their vision. Maybe one day we’ll have
the technology to integrate scent, taste, and touch too!
