For the VIEWS community by Jeffery Homes in North Oshawa, we created a cinematic 3D rendering video to showcase the project before construction begins. Our visuals highlight the open-concept kitchens, spacious living areas, and spa-like ensuites designed for today’s families.

The rendering captures both the fine details – custom cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and elegant finishes, and the overall lifestyle the community provides. By presenting a realistic preview of the homes and neighbourhood, the video gave Jeffery Homes a powerful tool for marketing, investor presentations, and early sales. This project allowed us to help communicate not just the design, but the vision of a modern, family-oriented community.
