Render Developments have partnered with the Township of Uxbridge, Invest Durham, and the Province of Ontario to create an exceptional interactive virtual tour to help residents, business owners, and stakeholders to see the vision of their downtown and allow the Township of Uxbridge secure a real estate company to deliver on that vision. The tour comes as a result of years of planning from municipal staff to council to residents feedback.
Render Developments partnering with Township of Uxbridge was a perfect match. The township recently signed a historic land sale contract for lower brock street properties, which is another significant step in the years long process of transformation that has been guided by the contributions of more than 2,000 community members. The project is expected to inject more than $90 million through pedestrian friendly spaces, retail shops, business opportunities and housing for in neighbourhood.
